Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 7-8 bread slice


  • 5-6 Curry leaves


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 3 green chillies


  • 1 tsp mustard


  • 1 tsp Salt


  • 1tsp turmeric


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 2 medium sized onions finely chopped

Directions

  • Cut the bread slice in cubes and keep aside
  • In kadai, add oil
  • Once oil is hot add mustard, jeera, chillies, curry leaves
  • Add chopped onions and fry until it turns golden brown
  • Once onions are cooked add turmeric and chilli powder and salt to taste
  • Add sliced bread and mix well till all masala gets equally distributed
  • For serving Garnish with coriander and grated coconut
